1. Why can not turn the headphone on?

2. There is no sound when playback?

if the connection is not established ,please reconnect again . And adjust the volume level to a suitable level.
3. Phone or computer can not find your device?
Check the wireless is “visible” in your phone or computer , if pairing is timeout,pairing mode will exit,please re-enter pairing mode.
If your phone application has some problem ,re-start the phone . If your device has problem , please re-start or reset it.
